Machrihanish Airbase Community Company (MACC) is delighted to announce the opening of the Charitable Giving Fund 2021 for applications. The fund has been designed to create a fair and transparent process to MACC’s donation policy.

To date MACC has awarded over £55,000 in donations to local good causes. Any not for profit or charitable organisation based or operating in the PA28 6 postcode is welcome to apply. The applications will be judged against predetermined criteria set down by the MACC board and applicants must demonstrate alignment with MACC’s charitable purposes, namely;

• Managing community land and assets for community benefit,

• Sustainable development,

• Community development and regeneration,

• Development of projects of particular benefit to the young and/or disadvantaged groups,

• Projects that provide majority of benefit to the people of the PA28 6 area.

Application forms are available in the downloads section of this website and from the MACC office during normal opening hours. Applications must be submitted in full before 23:59 on Saturday 31st of July 2021, and announcements will be made at the AGM in September 2021.
