MACC Developments Ltd

MACC Developments Ltd is the trading arm of Machrihanish Airbase Community Company, with over 1,000 acres of unique properties and assets available to let. Situated on the Kintyre peninsula on the West coast of Scotland, Machrihanish Airbase is a former military aerodrome, transformed into thriving community-owned business park.

From small workshop spaces to industrial warehouses, we offer unlimited opportunities to businesses large or small, within a secure and maintained site. Our large portfolio of buildings can cater to a range of industries and requirements, with our current business tenants ranging from a commercial indoor shooting range to the UK’s leading manufacturer of wind towers.

The 1,025 acre site serves as a superb location for TV, film or events with many unique buildings and landscapes, from a custom built Navy SEAL Compound, to a 10,000 ft runway, providing an excellent backdrop for a range of projects.

We also have a large function facility on site which lends itself as an excellent venue for weddings, conferences, training days and other events.

Often described as ’a business park with its own airport’, Machrihanish Airbase offers an innovative location for businesses to thrive, with benefit for the local community at its heart.
